I have been using the product for 2 consecutive months. A vitamin D deficiency that existed was not eliminated but improved quite a bit (probably also due to my reduced exposure to the sun). During the entire period of use, I had no stomach problems, nor any strange color in my urine which almost all multivitamins cause. At first, it is a bit strange to take 11 pills daily but after a while it becomes almost normal. My energy levels are quite stable, always with the main criterion being the quality of my sleep. If you are a fairly active person who works and exercises and generally spends a large part of your day on the road, it is quite good as each daily dose is separated into its own little packet so it takes up no space at all. Finally, I couldn't find anything more complete and organized than this one!
