My son (3 years old) liked it a lot. He often asks me to read it to him. It is simple, understandable, and has beautiful pictures. We would have liked one more page at the end with the new baby (when we finished it, my little one asked me where the baby is). It's a pity we didn't buy it earlier, before our own new baby arrived.

We generally follow the author regarding advice as a scientist on parenting and we trust him. Now the book did not disappoint us and helped us in preparing our older child for the new member, but we are still reading it even though we have moved past this phase as she liked it quite a bit. I hope he writes more books!

My child's interest was reduced towards the end but I wouldn't remove a star for that.
