FERM 500 is a water-based primer for plastic paints. It is distinguished by very good adhesion, hardness, and elasticity, with high resistance to alkaline surfaces. It contributes to the effective coverage of the final color, ensuring a uniform matte surface.

Preparation:

A prerequisite for good results is thorough preparation. Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from defective or poor cohesion materials, dust, oils, and salts. We fill in the various defects of the surface and prime locally with A50.

For new surfaces of plaster, concrete, bricks, cement: Prime with FERM 500 diluted with 1 part product and 4 parts water.

For new drywall or spackled surfaces: Prime with FERM 500 diluted with 1 part product and 4 parts water.

Usage:

Applied with a roller, brush, or airless spray. Dilute up to 400% water. Stir well before use and during application. For best results, the surface should not be exposed directly to sunlight.

Drying - Performance:

• Surface drying: 1-2 hours
• Recoat time: 1-3 hours
• Coverage: 30-40m²/liter, depending on the thickness of each coat and the absorbency of the surface
