The Pumpkin King, Jack Skellington, bored with the repetitive Halloween festivities, wanders into the towns of holiday celebrations. At one point, he discovers the town of Christmas and is impressed by the festive events. He decides to celebrate Christmas, but his attempt to transfer the idea of Christmas to Halloween Town does not unfold as he imagines. The elves, bats, and monsters do not understand the meaning of Christmas. Will the kidnapping of Santa Claus be the solution to his problem, or is mischievous Sally right to prevent him?
