  • I was excited by the idea and the title, but unfortunately, the content was mediocre at best.

    Most recipes are NOT easy and do not have simple and few ingredients. Many use chicken or vegetable bouillon cubes. Too much cheese, cream, butter, eggs. Meat-heavy.

    The pasta chapter is nice, and most recipes succeed from there. The dessert chapter is disappointing for the most part, mainly regarding the ingredients.

    Too expensive for what it offers, quite a haphazard execution.

    On the positive side, it has very good illustrations and tips for kitchen organization!
