The Strong SRT7408 satellite receiver receives HD and SD channels via the TNTSAT service, as well as free-to-air satellite channels from Astra 19.2°E. Its Viaccess TNTSAT card reader is compatible with CANAL READY, while the USB 2.0 port supports recording TV programmes to an external storage device. The HDMI output supports resolutions up to 1920 × 1080p, and the 12 V power supply makes it suitable for use in caravans and boats.

The front-panel display shows the channel number or time. The receiver supports EPG, teletext, multilingual subtitles, parental control and automatic standby. It features 8 programmable timers, 8 favourite lists and memory for 4,000 channels.
