The AS-224 staircase timer controls lighting in corridors, stairwells and other areas for an adjustable period. It is activated by a momentary switch and keeps the lights on for 0.5–10 minutes. Before switching off completely, it dims the lights to 50% brightness for approximately 30 seconds, while a new signal restores full brightness.
