Description & Specifications

The 3M SF18-S water scale inhibitor system limits scale buildup in commercial foodservice equipment, such as coffee and tea machines, steamers, commercial dishwashers, and ice machines. The T-shaped head features a forced-feed port that adds the scale inhibitor to the water at a consistent ratio. It remains effective in equipment operating at temperatures above 93 °C, while the incoming water must be cold.

The system includes a 316 stainless steel head and a 3M HF8-S scale inhibitor filter. Replace the filter every 6 months or when it reaches a capacity of 265,000 liters, whichever comes first, or sooner if the flow rate decreases noticeably.
