  • Each delicious serving undergoes an advanced microfiltration process, offering pure protein rich in valuable peptide fractions, such as lactoferrin and glycomacropeptides.
  • Contains BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids).
  • With 26g to 27g of highly bioavailable protein per serving, it helps support lean muscle mass.

Dosage: Mix 1 scoop of 30g with 250 ml of water or skim milk. Take 1 - 2 servings per day, on training days, consume one serving in the morning and one immediately after training. On non-training days, you can consume one serving upon waking and one serving before bedtime.

    This review is about the taste: White Chocolate

    Very good protein.
    With minimal shaking in a shaker it dissolves very easily (I also tried mixing only with a spoon but it gets a bit lumpy there).

    I got the White Chocolate to try and it tastes exactly like white chocolate, so fans of it will definitely like it.
    For me, the taste on its own is quite milky for my liking, so I might try another one next time.
    However, with a teaspoon of instant decaf, enough water, a few drops of stevia, and plenty of ice, the taste balances out and you have a delicious iced mocha drink without caffeine.
    Its combination with coffee is perfect, it tastes exactly like Milcafe!

    I also tried the Banana Creme flavor, which is very nice even on its own.
