  • Stay away to avoid trouble. Purchased a computer on 10/03. It was supposed to be grade A. I had initially informed them by phone and also in the order that the laptop is part of my work, so externally it should be in good condition. The battery life was at 63%, the laptop wouldn't last more than 40 minutes when on, and the laptop pen wouldn't last even 5 minutes of use (I had informed them about the pen as well since I need it for signatures at work). Scratches on the screen, on the chassis, and the backspace key was worn out from use. The camera showed nothing because of the scratches. Also, an aftermarket charger. At best, we're talking about a Grade B product, if not Grade C. Email on 11/03 for sending a new battery and new pen or another device. They were constantly negative, saying the product was fine, even though I had sent photos of everything I am describing. After much back and forth, on 17/03 they accepted to have me send back the product, which they received the very next day. On 19/03, after many unanswered emails, they informed me that their policy is to examine returns within 10 business days. On 26/03 they sent the credit invoice. From 09/04 to 17/04, repeated emails with no response. On 21/04, I finally had my lawyer call them, where they said they could not find my account and that they had informed me twice; meanwhile, they had sent nothing all this time even though I was sending emails daily and no one responded. The next day, from my lawyer's phone, they deposited the money without, of course, including the shipping cost for the return of the product that I paid, even though they were obliged to because the order was returned due to inaccurate description and defective product. Of course, I have the entire conversation from the beginning as proof of what I am saying. Choose other stores so you don't get burned, as these people are unacceptable.
