Pycnogenol 
It is the extract from the bark of the French maritime pine and contains substances such as flavonoids, procyanidins, and phenolic acids, with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is patented and has been widely studied over the last 30 years, with more than 170 clinical trials and 450 scientific publications, showing beneficial effects on cardiovascular health, chronic venous insufficiency, cognitive function, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), joints, eye and skin health, respiratory function, and athletic performance. Recent literature has shown that pycnogenol is particularly promising for its action on atherosclerosis, as it improves endothelial dysfunction, reduces plaque and lipid deposition areas, improves the stability of atherosclerotic plaques, inhibits foam cell formation, and reduces total cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Grape Seed Extract
A natural source of oligomeric polyphenols of proanthocyanidins, known to exhibit a wide range of cardioprotective properties against oxidative stress and demonstrate anti-atherosclerotic action. Proanthocyanidins protect endothelial cells and reduce vascular damage. According to the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC), grape seed extract can be administered as a traditional herbal aid for short-term use to relieve the feeling of heaviness in the limbs associated with mild vascular system disorders.
