Aletheia Vitamin C is a dietary supplement in 1000 mg effervescent tablets, free from sugar and aspartame. It contributes to the normal function of the immune system, including maintaining that function during and after intense physical exercise, and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It also contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal psychological function, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It increases iron absorption.

The formulation contains citric acid, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sodium bicarbonate, sorbitol, flavourings, beetroot powder, sodium saccharin, and sulphite ammonia caramel colouring.
