I want to emphasize that the rating I give is not related to Skroutz and the level of services they provide, which is very good.
Especially in this specific order I made, immediately after the request for the return of the item, Skroutz acted promptly and sent me a new dehumidifier, even before the previous one was picked up for return.
I am very satisfied with Skroutz and the way they handled the issue, but at the same time very disappointed with the product, which is exclusively what my review concerns.
The first dehumidifier that was delivered to me emitted a high-frequency sound, a whistling, after the first few seconds of its operation, which never stopped while it was running and was very annoying as it pierced the ear.
I requested a replacement, which was done immediately as I described, but unfortunately, the second dehumidifier that was delivered to me had exactly the same problem.
There is no question that the problem was created during transport, as the boxes were in perfect condition both times.
Also, both dehumidifiers were truly 100% new and I was the one who did their first unboxing.
This leads me to conclude that this specific model is highly problematic.
Not only will I not buy it again, but I will inform as many forums as I can so that consumers do not fall into the same trap as I did.
