The Eppicotispai food dehydrator is ideal for drying fruits, vegetables, herbs, and pasta. The set includes 4 plates with legs, which can be stacked on top of each other for space-saving.
The plates feature a wide mesh that facilitates drying as well as cleaning. To dehydrate food, wash and thoroughly dry the food, then cut it into thin slices. Spread them on the levels of the plate, leaving space between them for air circulation.
Place the plates in a well-ventilated area with direct sunlight. If necessary, cover the food with a clean cloth or mesh for protection from insects. It is recommended to flip the food regularly for even drying. The drying time can range from a few days to a week, depending on weather conditions and humidity.
