The granite coating used is enriched with granite powder, which gives it greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon but retains its advantages: it is non-stick and distributes heat evenly. It combines the benefits of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon but is more resistant to damage, surpassing even ceramic coatings in this area. The granite coating on this frying pan makes it extremely resistant to scratches and long-term use. This type of frying pan also allows for frying with minimal oil, as it heats similarly to stone and radiates heat across its entire surface.
