I am removing one star because in the second month it started making an annoying noise. Not loud but irritating. I am thinking of returning it just because of this.

I rarely write reviews. But with this purchase, I still can't believe my eyes. It has been working perfectly since the end of March and I use it almost every day.
It's not a professional gym machine, obviously. I have also tried the authentic machine.

However, in just 15 minutes with this one, I always feel intense tingling in my legs, so it is proof that blood circulation is much better.
With frequent use, in one week I saw a significant tightening in my thighs and glutes.
Its use is very effective with intense exercise on the field, both before and after as a recovery.
I perform many exercises on the platform and I have improved tremendously.
I definitely recommend vibration platforms, especially this one.

I have been using it for over a year and it is fully functional and effective. There are many videos on the internet that you can find for different exercises. I highly recommend it without reservation!

First and foremost, it is not a Power Plate brand. It is similar.
Secondly, after the second or third use, it started making noise like a car belt.
Does it get the job done? Yes, it does. But under what conditions? It creates quite a bit of noise and a slight smell of burnt plastic, which slightly disrupts the harmonious atmosphere.

The straps broke in the first week, but the worst part is that it doesn't have usage instructions, just a single-page brochure with some pictures. You get it and then you do whatever you understand. It looks good, but I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly or if I know all the functions and capabilities. What a shame!
