According to the 2015 brochure, there are 2 versions: HiLink and normal. The first one is only wireless (up to 16 devices) and uses the USB port only for power supply. I bought the second one (wired) from Cosmote for 49 euros (#20340499) E3372h-153 (they support different frequency bands) from 2017. It takes a regular SIM, you install the management application automatically, enter pin1 and you have internet on the go.

It wasn't an original Huawei, it just had a Huawei chip. Devices like routers couldn't read it, only Windows could. While I have 3 other original ones that work
Δέν ήταν original Huaway απλά είχε chip της huaway. Δεν το διαβαζαν συσκευές όπως router παρα μόνο τα windows. Ενω έχω άλλα 3 original ίδια που δουλεύουν
The firmware obviously has some issues. It works on a computer but does not work for backup on a router. It does not recognize it.
Το Firmware του εχει προφανώς κάποιο θέμα. Λειτουργεί σε υπολογιστή δεν κάνει όμως για back up σε router. Δεν το αναγνωρίζει.
I wanted to connect it to a Mikrotik router for LTE, but it never worked.
As a standalone device for use on the laptop, it's just fine

Just bought this product, intending to use it as a portable router to provide internet to my laptop. As for the price, it seems okay. I will come back with an update on the review once tested.
**UPDATE 3/6/2024**: living in the middle of an apartment building, one can understand the possible various physical obstacles for the signal and the various interferences that can come from other devices. During peak hours (i.e. from 10-11 in the morning and onwards) the stick plays at 10-16mbps download speed and 20-30mbps upload speed. Off-peak hours (tested from 7-10 in the morning) it reached 30-40 mbps download speed and upload speed 20-30mbps. Personally, it covered me because I use it to provide mobile internet to my laptop. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES does it create a hotspot OR WiFi as stated. It simply connects via 4G+ and provides internet to the device it is plugged into. Since this one also has two slots for antennas for better signal, it would be good to buy because speeds increase (I bought small antennas and increased my speeds by 10-15mbps). Personally, I would expect the download speeds to be a bit higher, but I am generally satisfied with the stick. Note that the stick is unlocked, meaning it works with all SIM cards (for example, I have inserted a second SIM of the same number as my mobile phone to utilize my MB).

Σε ώρες αιχμής (δηλαδή από 10-11 το πρωί και έπειτα) το στικάκι παίζει στα 10-16mbps download speed και 20-30mbps upload speed. Εκτός ώρες αιχμής (δοκιμάστηκε στις 7-10 το πρωί) έπιανε 30-40 mbps download speed και upload speed 20-30mbps. Προσωπικά με κάλυψε γιατί το χρησιμοποιώ για παροχή κινητού ίντερνετ στο λάπτοπ μου.
