    Due to a problem with my lower back (hernia) and knees (chondropathy), I always buy running shoes with shock absorption. The shoes surprised me; for hours of walking or light jogging, I feel nothing. They are extremely comfortable, super lightweight, and have the ideal firmness for me—not too soft, which bothers my knees, nor too hard, which hurts my back. They need a few days of breaking in over short distances to soften up, but after that, they are incredible. I can't part with them!!!

I would say it feels like you’re stepping on soft foam; that’s the sensation you have all over your foot from front to back.
