I bought the QCY H3 Pro already having the Redmi Buds 6, mainly because I wanted something to completely "isolate" me when I read or work. After a few days of testing, the conclusions are somewhat mixed.
Positives:
Isolation (ANC): Here they really do the job. Where the Redmi Buds struggle (e.g. voices in the next room or birds chirping outside the window), the QCY almost eliminate everything. If you close the door and wear them, you hear nothing. It's like a "concentration helmet."
Battery: You forget to charge them, especially compared to earbuds that constantly need their case.
Fit: Although at first they pressed on me and felt heavy, my head got used to them quickly (in about an hour).
Negatives (and the reason I'm returning them):
Sound: Coming from the Redmi Buds 6, the sound of the QCY seemed very "poor" to me. Their bass is very weak and doesn't have that "punch" that the Xiaomi have. You have to play with the EQ in the QCY app to get them somewhat balanced, but even then the earbuds sound much better.
Heat and Weight: After a while, your ears sweat. It's logical for over-ear headphones, but if you're used to the freedom of small earbuds, these can tire you out.
Build quality: The Type-C cable included in the package was defective, so I had to use my own cables for the wired audio to work.
Conclusion: If you only want them so no one bothers you while you're reading, they're ok. But for me, they're not worth the 40-50€ when my earbuds do almost the same job with much better sound and without weighing down my head. I returned them because I'd rather spend that money somewhere more useful.
Αγόρασα τα QCY H3 Pro έχοντας ήδη τα Redmi Buds 6, κυρίως γιατί ήθελα κάτι να με «απομονώνει» τελείως όταν διαβάζω ή δουλεύω. Μετά από μερικές μέρες δοκιμών, τα συμπεράσματα είναι κάπως μπερδεμένα.
Στα θετικά:
Απομόνωση (ANC): Εδώ όντως κάνουν δουλειά. Εκεί που τα Redmi Buds δυσκολεύονται (π.χ. φωνές στο διπλανό δωμάτιο ή το κελαήδισμα των πουλιών έξω από το παράθυρο), τα QCY τα εξαφανίζουν σχεδόν όλα. Αν κλείσεις την πόρτα και τα φορέσεις, δεν ακούς τίποτα. Είναι σαν «κράνος συγκέντρωσης».
Μπαταρία: Ξεχνάς να τα φορτίσεις, ειδικά σε σχέση με τα earbuds που κάθε λίγο θέλουν τη θήκη τους.
Προσαρμογή: Αν και στην αρχή με πίεζαν και μου φάνηκαν βαριά, το κεφάλι μου τα συνήθισε γρήγορα (περίπου σε μία ώρα).
Στα αρνητικά (και ο λόγος που τα γυρίζω):
Ήχος: Ερχόμενος από τα Redmi Buds 6, ο ήχος των QCY μου φάνηκε πολύ «φτωχός». Το μπάσο τους είναι πολύ υποτονικό και δεν έχει αυτό το "punch" που έχουν τα Xiaomi. Πρέπει να παίξεις αναγκαστικά με το EQ στο app της QCY για να έρθουν κάπως στα ίσια τους, αλλά και πάλι τα earbuds ακούγονται κλάσεις ανώτερα.
Ζέστη και Βάρος: Μετά από λίγη ώρα, τα αυτιά ιδρώνουν. Είναι λογικό για over-ear, αλλά αν έχεις συνηθίσει την ελευθερία των μικρών ακουστικών, αυτά εδώ σε κουράζουν.
Ποιότητα κατασκευής: Το καλώδιο Type-C που είχε η συσκευασία μου βγήκε ελαττωματικό, οπότε έπρεπε να ψάχνομαι με δικά μου καλώδια για να δουλέψει το wired audio.
Συμπέρασμα: Αν τα θέλετε μόνο για να μη σας ενοχλεί κανείς την ώρα που διαβάζετε, είναι οκ. Αλλά για μένα, δεν αξίζουν τα 40-50€ τη στιγμή που τα earbuds μου κάνουν σχεδόν την ίδια δουλειά με πολύ καλύτερο ήχο και χωρίς να μου βαραίνουν το κεφάλι. Τα επέστρεψα γιατί προτιμώ να δώσω αυτά τα χρήματα κάπου αλλού πιο χρήσιμα.
