Very good! Before, I was using a much cheaper mat and with this one I saw a big difference in my performance since it doesn't slip at all. Also, the lines and marks on the mat help me position my body correctly for the exercises. The rubber smells a bit but personally it doesn't bother me. However, it does not come with a carrying strap as stated in the description.

Very stable and just the right amount of matte! It would be good if a carrying strap that fits exactly was sold together, because transporting it is not that easy.

Wonderful! It doesn't slip, it doesn't move when you do stretches like the cheaper mats, it's heavy though so I don't know if it's convenient to take it with you. For me, for exercising at home, it worked perfectly, so far it hasn't suffered any damage!

Very good mattress. The only negative, if one could put it that way, is the fact that if you have long hair it can get stuck to the mattress in various positions. I use it for yoga! Value for money, I believe, for its price. I can't speak about wear and tear yet, as I have used it very few times. It is quite heavy, so you will need a carrying strap for outdoor activities.
