Description

Description

In the year before The Phantom Menace, Yoda, Mace Windu, and the entire Jedi Council face a galaxy on the brink of change. The Jedi have always traveled among the stars, defending peace and justice in the galaxy. However, the galaxy is changing, and so is the Jedi Order. More and more, the Order is oriented towards the future of the Republic, isolated on Coruscant, where the twelve members of the Jedi Council weigh crises on a galactic scale.

As yet another Jedi Outpost from the golden age of the Republic prepares to disconnect on the planet Kwenn, Qui-Gon Jinn provocatively challenges the Order's isolationist trend. Mace Windu proposes a bold response: all twelve Jedi Masters will embark on a goodwill mission to support the planet and remind the world that the Jedi remain steadfast and present as they have been through the ages.

However, the arrival of the Jedi leadership is not met by everyone as an occasion for celebration. Rival pirate factions have taken advantage of the increasing absence of the Jedi in the region. To maintain their dominance, the pirates unite with the aim to assassinate the Council. And they are willing to destroy countless innocent lives to ensure their power.

Cut off from Coruscant, the Jedi Masters must face an unwelcome truth: that while no one thinks more about the future than the Jedi Council, no one needs their help as much as those living in the present.
