The book Annual Football Planning for K7 and K9 contains complete training units for children aged 5 to 9 years. The selection of these training sessions was made through research and the application of the specific training units in numerous academies. The aim is to provide a specific plan for annual programming that will meet the needs of coaches and teams. At the same time, the planning respects the children's needs for play and enjoyment of training.

For ages 5-6 years (K7), there are 64 training units that include: fun games, technical exercises with shooting, coordination exercises (with and without shooting), skill exercises (3v1), technical games, and educational games.

For ages 7-8 years (K9), there is a total of 96 training units that include technical exercises with shooting, coordination exercises (with and without shooting), skill exercises (3v1), technical games, fun games, rondos, small space/small relationship games (1v1, 2v1, 2v2), and tactical games.

In the pages of the book, you will also find 20 training units for indoor soccer (8 training units for K7 & 12 training units for K9). The printed book includes 24 training units for ages 5-6 years (K7) and 27 training units for ages 7-8 years (K9). The remaining training units can be found in the eBook that accompanies this book.
