After rinsing the hair, apply about two walnut-sized amounts to wet hair, focusing from the mid-lengths to the ends, with gentle massage. Leave the mask on for at least 5 minutes. For extra hydration, wrap the hair with a warm towel. Finish with a thorough rinse, using lukewarm to cool water to seal in the nutrients.
