Description

The phase change material on which the PhaseSheet PTM is based is solid at room temperature. The material begins to liquefy only at temperatures above 45 degrees Celsius.

High contact pressure of approximately 300-400N is required for optimal distribution of the liquid PhaseSheet PTM and thus the smallest possible layer thickness.

The PhaseSheet PTM has very low viscosity in its liquid state and contracts again when it turns into solid material, thus minimizing the pump-out effect.

The pump-out effect is particularly pronounced when a copper cooler is combined with a graphics chip, because silicon and copper have different linear expansion when heated.

Temperatures under load cause the heat sink and base plate to deform (concave or convex) and return to their original shape (straight) when cooled.

As a result, the thermal paste is slowly squeezed between the heatspreader and the base plate of the CPU cooler.

The best thing I've put on my 4090 as it keeps the overall temperature of the chip very well, but even more importantly, it offers the lowest hotspot compared to anything else I've tried.

Super easy material to install, you just cut it with a good pair of scissors 1mm longer than the surface you want to attach it to, remove the films, and you're ready!

The Ptm is generally a relatively mediocre to good thermal conductive material that at first glance doesn't impress at all, but its magic lies in the micro gap filling it does over a short period of time, as with each temperature cycle that occurs from opening and closing, it shapes itself better and better, covering all the irregularities and small scratches on the surface, creating the PERFECT application!

Also, it doesn't dry out like liquid metal and its performance doesn't drop over time like happens with all pastes after a few months.

We can use it with closed eyes on all relatively large surfaces.

We cannot use it on small surfaces with very high temperature emission because despite its excellent application, its lower thermal conductivity becomes a problem. Example: Direct die on 14900k.

Overall, an excellent material that fits almost all applications with amazing durability over time.
