I have had printers for over 20 years. I usually worked with Canon because it made good photo prints. So, first time with H/P and I regretted it bitterly. The worst thing I have ever bought and every time I want to print, I curse....
The problems started with its connection to the computer. After it gave me a hard time, in 2-3 days I managed it. Then it disconnected again and I had to call the company to have them connect it for me. I thought everything was fine. I relaxed. But then the ink ran out and, as we all do, I didn't buy the original ones!... The cost for me is prohibitive. So I bought other ones and since then I've had nothing but trouble. Now I am forced to buy the originals (about 35 to 40 euros) just to find some peace. If I ever find it. I bought it for 69 euros and I need 40 for a set of inks.
Εχω εκτυπωτές πάνω απο 20 χρόνια. Συνήθως με Canon δούλευα γιατι έκανε καλές εκτυπώσεις στις φωτό. Πρώτη φορά λοιπόν στη H/P και το μετάνοιωσα οικτρά. 'Οτι χειρότερο έχω αγοράσει και κάθε φορά που θέλω να εκτυπώσω, βρίζω....
Τα προβλήματα ξεκινήσαν απ την σύνδεσή του με τον υπολογιστή. Αφού μου έβγαλε την παναγία, σε 2-3 μερες το κατάφερα. Μετά πάλι αποσυνδέθηκε και αναγκάστηκα να πάρω τηλ. στην εταιρία και να μου τον συνδέσουν. Όλα καλα είπα. Ησύχασα. να ομως που τελειώσανε τα μελάνια και όπως κάνουμε όλοι δεν πήρα τ αυθεντικά!... Το κόστος για μένα είναι απαγορευτικό. Πήρα λοιπον άλλα και απο τότε βρήκα τον μπελά μου. Είμαι αναγκασμένος τώρα να πάρω τ' αυθεντικά, (περίπου 35 με 40 ευρώ) μπάς και βρώ την ησυχία μου. Άν τη βρώ. Τον αγόρασα 69 ευρω και θέλω 40 για μια αγορα μελανιών.

2. Setup: It forces you to create an HP account and have internet to set it up. A bit annoying if you just want to plug in a cable and go.
3. Instant Ink: It's a one-way street. If you don't subscribe, the printer is not cost-effective. For one more FREE month of the service, you can use the code: "py85gh".
The printer as a machine is flawless and very quiet. BUT BE CAREFUL: It's ONLY worth it if you activate Instant Ink. Very satisfied with the device itself, really no problem, it connected immediately and easily to the wi-fi and everything was fine... BUT BE CAREFUL: if you do not install the Instant Ink service within 7 days from connecting your printer to the PC via Hp Smart, then you LOSE the free subscription that the Company gives! It is a big disappointment if you buy the product reading the offer for the free trial months (really very tempting and extremely advantageous as a service) but, in the end, you... lose it because of the "fine print" that the company made sure to include. My advice is, during the first installation of your printer, avoid doing it through the Hp Smart app, because it (sneakily) automatically connects the product to your email. Then, automatically, silently and without receiving explicit notification, this 1-week deadline starts running, until you finally lose the free Subscription. Prefer to do the first installation by opening the classic "printers panel" of Windows and ignore HP's persistent recommendation to use HP SMART. Afterwards, if you want, you can install HP SMART normally. Absolutely satisfied with the use I make (home use). It has the ability to print double-sided for paper saving and HP's support team is excellent. Perhaps the only drawback is that it is a little (slightly) slow. Definitely value for money.

I bought it on 10/9/25. By the end of October it became useless because I signed up for instant ink. Why did I do that? It started saying there was a problem with the account and wouldn't let me print even though the cartridges were full! Unbelievable!
I called customer service, spent three days on the phone with them giving me the runaround, and they said they couldn't find any problem with my account. They sent me new cartridges and it still wouldn't work! In the end, I canceled the instant ink subscription, went and bought €30 worth of ink, and it still won't let me print, because even though I canceled, the last day I can print with the (canceled) service is supposedly 30/11. So I have to wait, for no reason, from 20/11 when I canceled until 30/11. And it's not because I'm clueless, even HP themselves tried and couldn't find the error... stay away, I wasted my money! Plus, I bought it for my office and have spent €20 on photocopies all these days...

It works whenever it feels like it. They try in every way to make you use HP's apps and have your files go through their servers, accepting unprecedented terms. If you accept everything, it might work, otherwise every print is an odyssey and I'm not clueless about computers. I've managed to print 4-5 times and I'm one step away from throwing it out. By far the worst printer I've ever used. Never HP again.
Δουλεύει όποτε του καπνίσει. Σε οδηγούν με κάθε τρόπο να χρησιμοποιήσεις τις εφαρμογές της HP και τα αρχεία σου να περνάνε από τους server τους, αποδεχόμενος πρωτοφανείς όρους. Αν αποδεχτείς τα πάντα ενδεχομένως να δουλεύει αλλιώς κάθε εκτύπωση είναι μια οδύσσεια και δεν είμαι άσχετος από υπολογιστές. Έχω καταφέρει να τυπώσω 4-5 φορές και είμαι ένα βήμα από το να τον πετάξω. Ο χειρότερος εκτυπωτής που έχω χρησιμοποιήσει με διαφορά. Ποτέ ξανά HP.

Very satisfied with the device itself, really no problem, it connected immediately and easily to the wi-fi and everything was fine... BUT BE CAREFUL: if you do not install the Instant Ink service within 7 days from connecting your printer to the PC via Hp Smart, then you LOSE the free subscription that the Company gives! It is a big disappointment if you buy the product reading the offer for the free trial months (really very tempting and extremely advantageous as a service) but, in the end, you... lose it because of the "fine print" that the company made sure to include. My advice is, during the first installation of your printer, avoid doing it through the Hp Smart app, because it (sneakily) automatically connects the product to your email. Then, automatically, silently and without receiving explicit notification, this 1-week deadline starts running, until you finally lose the free Subscription. Prefer to do the first installation by opening the classic "printers panel" of Windows and ignore HP's persistent recommendation to use HP SMART. I have had printers for over 20 years. I usually worked with Canon because it made good photo prints. So, first time with H/P and I regretted it bitterly. The worst thing I have ever bought and every time I want to print, I curse....
The problems started with its connection to the computer. After it gave me a hard time, in 2-3 days I managed it. Then it disconnected again and I had to call the company to have them connect it for me. I thought everything was fine. I relaxed. But then the ink ran out and, as we all do, I didn't buy the original ones!... The cost for me is prohibitive. So I bought other ones and since then I've had nothing but trouble. Now I am forced to buy the originals (about 35 to 40 euros) just to find some peace. If I ever find it. I bought it for 69 euros and I need 40 for a set of inks.

Τα προβλήματα ξεκινήσαν απ την σύνδεσή του με τον υπολογιστή. Αφού μου έβγαλε την παναγία, σε 2-3 μερες το κατάφερα. Μετά πάλι αποσυνδέθηκε και αναγκάστηκα να πάρω τηλ. στην εταιρία και να μου τον συνδέσουν. Όλα καλα είπα. Ησύχασα. να ομως που τελειώσανε τα μελάνια και όπως κάνουμε όλοι δεν πήρα τ αυθεντικά!... Το κόστος για μένα είναι απαγορευτικό. Πήρα λοιπον άλλα και απο τότε βρήκα τον μπελά μου. Είμαι αναγκασμένος τώρα να πάρω τ' αυθεντικά, (περίπου 35 με 40 ευρώ) μπάς και βρώ την ησυχία μου. Άν τη βρώ. Τον αγόρασα 69 ευρω και θέλω 40 για μια αγορα μελανιών.

Positives:
1. Print quality: For a home inkjet, the colors are amazing. Photos come out crystal clear without lines.
2. Ease of use: The HP Smart app on the phone is by far the best I've used. You scan and print in seconds.
3. Design: The closed paper tray is a lifesaver for dust and the printer looks very premium in the office.
4. Duplex: It automatically prints on both sides without you having to flip the paper.
Negatives:
1. Inks: If you buy inks from the store, you'll "feel the pain." They run out relatively quickly and are expensive.
2. Setup: It forces you to create an HP account and have internet to set it up. A bit annoying if you just want to plug in a cable and go.
3. Instant Ink: It's a one-way street. If you don't subscribe, the printer is not cost-effective. For one more FREE month of the service, you can use the code: "py85gh".

I bought it on 10/9/25. By the end of October it became useless because I signed up for instant ink. Why did I do that? It started saying there was a problem with the account and wouldn't let me print even though the cartridges were full! Unbelievable!
I called customer service, spent three days on the phone with them giving me the runaround, and they said they couldn't find any problem with my account. They sent me new cartridges and it still wouldn't work! In the end, I canceled the instant ink subscription, went and bought €30 worth of ink, and it still won't let me print, because even though I canceled, the last day I can print with the (canceled) service is supposedly 30/11. So I have to wait, for no reason, from 20/11 when I canceled until 30/11. And it's not because I'm clueless, even HP themselves tried and couldn't find the error... stay away, I wasted my money! Plus, I bought it for my office and have spent €20 on photocopies all these days...

It works whenever it feels like it. They try in every way to make you use HP's apps and have your files go through their servers, accepting unprecedented terms. If you accept everything, it might work, otherwise every print is an odyssey and I'm not clueless about computers. I've managed to print 4-5 times and I'm one step away from throwing it out. By far the worst printer I've ever used. Never HP again.
Δουλεύει όποτε του καπνίσει. Σε οδηγούν με κάθε τρόπο να χρησιμοποιήσεις τις εφαρμογές της HP και τα αρχεία σου να περνάνε από τους server τους, αποδεχόμενος πρωτοφανείς όρους. Αν αποδεχτείς τα πάντα ενδεχομένως να δουλεύει αλλιώς κάθε εκτύπωση είναι μια οδύσσεια και δεν είμαι άσχετος από υπολογιστές. Έχω καταφέρει να τυπώσω 4-5 φορές και είμαι ένα βήμα από το να τον πετάξω. Ο χειρότερος εκτυπωτής που έχω χρησιμοποιήσει με διαφορά. Ποτέ ξανά HP.

Πολυ ευκολη εγκατασταση! Εγινε μεσα σε μερικα λεπτα μονο με WiFi! Λιγο προσοχη θελει στην συνδεση με κινητο, επειδη στο store προτεινει διαφορες παρομοιες εφαρμογες, και καποιες δεν ειναι δωρεαν, εγω κατεβασα την HP Smart που βγαζει μενου αναλογο με αυτο που εμφανιζει και στο laptop, η συνδεση εγινε ευκολα και αμεσα! Για την ωρα ειμαι ενθουσιασμενη! Στο μελλον θα δουμε τυχον προβληματα ... Α, δεν εχει κανενα νοημα που βαζετε τους κωδικους για το instant ink, γιατι δεν τους δεχεται αφου τους εχετε ηδη χρησιμοποιησει!

Elegant and high-quality, but you "marry" HP.
Positives:
1. Print quality: For a home inkjet, the colors are amazing. Photos come out crystal clear without lines.
2. Ease of use: The HP Smart app on the phone is by far the best I've used. You scan and print in seconds.
3. Design: The closed paper tray is a lifesaver for dust and the printer looks very premium in the office.
4. Duplex: It automatically prints on both sides without you having to flip the paper.
Negatives:
1. Inks: If you buy inks from the store, you'll "feel the pain." They run out relatively quickly and are expensive.
2. Setup: It forces you to create an HP account and have internet to set it up. A bit annoying if you just want to plug in a cable and go.
3. Instant Ink: It's a one-way street. If you don't subscribe, the printer is not cost-effective. For one more FREE month of the service, you can use the code: "py85gh".
The printer as a machine is flawless and very quiet. BUT BE CAREFUL: It's ONLY worth it if you activate Instant Ink. With the subscription, you have peace of mind, the inks come to your home and you print in color almost for free. If you plan to buy inks off the shelf, better look for an EcoTank, because here you'll spend a fortune on consumables.
Would I recommend it? Definitely yes, but only to someone who is familiar with subscription services and apps.

1. Ποιότητα εκτύπωσης: Για οικιακό inkjet, τα χρώματα είναι απίθανα. Οι φωτογραφίες βγαίνουν πεντακάθαρες χωρίς γραμμές.
2. Ευκολία: Η εφαρμογή HP Smart στο κινητό είναι μακράν η καλύτερη που έχω δουλέψει. Σκανάρεις και εκτυπώνεις σε δευτερόλεπτα.
3. Design: Το κλειστό συρτάρι χαρτιού είναι σωτήριο για τη σκόνη και ο εκτυπωτής δείχνει πολύ premium στο γραφείο.
4. Διπλή όψη: Τυπώνει αυτόματα και από τις δύο πλευρές χωρίς να γυρνάς εσύ το χαρτί.
Αρνητικά:
1. Μελάνια: Αν αγοράζεις μελάνια από το κατάστημα, θα "πονέσεις". Τελειώνουν σχετικά γρήγορα και είναι ακριβά.

Very decent machine. However, it is slow. I would recommend it only for light home use. It is not suitable for professional purposes.

Very satisfied with the device itself, really no problem, it connected immediately and easily to the wi-fi and everything was fine... BUT BE CAREFUL: if you do not install the Instant Ink service within 7 days from connecting your printer to the PC via Hp Smart, then you LOSE the free subscription that the Company gives! It is a big disappointment if you buy the product reading the offer for the free trial months (really very tempting and extremely advantageous as a service) but, in the end, you... lose it because of the "fine print" that the company made sure to include. My advice is, during the first installation of your printer, avoid doing it through the Hp Smart app, because it (sneakily) automatically connects the product to your email. Then, automatically, silently and without receiving explicit notification, this 1-week deadline starts running, until you finally lose the free Subscription. Prefer to do the first installation by opening the classic "printers panel" of Windows and ignore HP's persistent recommendation to use HP SMART. Afterwards, if you want, you can install HP SMART normally. However, even if you still missed the offer, you can still get an extra 1 month of free ink subscription if you make your first registration to the Instant Ink service through the link "http://try.hpinstantink.com/cq9ppx" ....or, simply, by adding the Code "cq9ppx" before the final step

ΑΛΛΑ ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: αν δεν εγκαταστήσετε την υπηρεσία Instant Ink εντός 7 ημερών από τη σύνδεση του εκτυπωτή σας στο PC μέσω Hp Smart, τότε ΧΑΝΕΤΕ την δωρεάν συνδρομή που δίνει η Εταιρία! Ειναι μεγάλη απογοήτευση, αν αγοράσετε το προϊόν διαβάζοντας την προσφορά για τους δωρεάν δοκιμαστικούς μήνες (πραγματικά πολύ δελεαστική και τρομερά συμφέρουσα ως υπηρεσία) αλλά, τελικά, την... χάσετε για τα "ψιλά γράμματα" που η εταιρία φρόντισε να βάλει.
