The 2nd edition of General Obligations Law is a concise and unique manual. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it contains many examples and practical cases for processing, which contributes to a better understanding of the issues addressed.

The content is categorized into a small number of sections - paragraphs, which follow as closely as possible the order of provisions in the Civil Code. Each chapter includes a bibliography and an outline of the material, followed by simple examples for processing.
