      After a few months of use, the fixed camera started showing purple shades. With a restart, the image was fixed but after a few weeks, the problem appeared again. Eventually, after a few days, both cameras went offline. I am waiting for news from the service and will return with a new review. Apart from the above, the negatives of the camera include the AI functions, which for me are unreliable. Another negative is that it does not support "automatic detection" like the CW700, which I consider a better purchase mainly because of this feature but also because of its amazing zoom. It also has the same unreliable AI functions.

The problem I am facing is that because I have used a long cable at the final point where I install the camera, I get 12V, but when I use the connection, the camera shuts off automatically. This happens with both cameras. The cable length is about 25 meters each. Can someone give me an answer as to why this happens?
