I'm not a professional, but I worked with it for many hours a day for several days and I can say that it is quite comfortable, as comfortable as a mask can be when you wear it for many hours straight. It has nothing to do with the FFP masks from the coronavirus that after a while cut into your face, your ears hurt, etc.
As for the filters, I can't judge them on a micro-particle level (because something obvious obviously doesn't pass through) but if you don't trust 3M with the filters, who will you trust? Anyway, when entering a freshly painted room, I didn't smell anything, while taking off the mask the smell was intense.

Όσο για τα φίλτρα, δεν μπορώ να τα κρίνω σε επίπεδο μικρο-σωματιδίων (γιατί κάτι εμφανές προφανώς δεν περνάει) αλλά αν δεν εμπιστεύεσαι την 3Μ στα φίλτρα, ποιον θα εμπιστευθείς; Πάντως μπαίνοντας σε δωμάτιο φρεσκοβαμμένο δεν μου μύριζε τίποτα, ενώ βγάζοντας τη μάσκα η μυρωδιά ήταν έντονη.
