The EM 89 Heat from Beurer combines TENS, EMS, and massage with the option of alternating, warm heat. With 64 programs, it offers a range of functions for enhancing general well-being, relieving pain without medication, and stimulating and toning muscles. Thanks to 6 additional, freely programmable applications and 8 adhesive electrodes, you can individually tailor the use to your needs.

    Very good, it helped me with back and neck pain and the heating function is very nice. Although I think you can do the job with the smaller model, I usually use 2 out of the 4 channels it has. Overall, very satisfied. I had bought the simple model for 50 euros but I used it once on my father-in-law and he loved it so much that I gave it to him as a gift and decided to get this one, which I don't see any difference except that it has 4 channels and heating.
