Copper heats quickly and distributes heat evenly and gradually, then releases it quickly when removed from the heat. The coating provides non-stick properties, making it useful for cooking fish, seafood, sauces, caramel and chocolate.

The hammered pattern and the patina that develops with use shape its appearance. Before first use, wash with dish soap and water, then dry with a soft cloth. Do not use steel wool to clean it; if food sticks, fill it with hot water and dish soap, leave for one hour, then clean with a sponge.
