After the first uses, the spray broke at the spraying point - I opened it, cleaned it, nothing... - so it is useless. From what I saw, this is a problem that happens to many people, they need to change the spray packaging. If you have an empty spray bottle to put it in, that's good...

Beyond that, I got the green apple flavor. I wasn't thrilled and also found it way too sweet! Nevertheless, I felt that it was starting to do something but the pump broke so it's a no-go.

I would like to try the chocolate flavor - if I find a way to change its packaging, maybe I'll try it again.

It tricks the feeling of hunger for a little while. It's like you've eaten a spoonful of sugar so you feel okay for a short time. You have to always have it with you and spray quite a few times.

Update 16/05/26 after quite some time. I think that if you have with you any box with a sugar substitute (those that have small tablets for sweetening drinks), it does the same job and it comes out cheaper. Personally, that's what I've been doing for a while now.

Personally, it helped me curb my craving for sweets. Once you spray, you shouldn't drink anything for at least 20 minutes to ensure proper absorption. The green apple flavor is very nice.

It did not cut my appetite at all, disappointing. Unfortunately, for me, the product was disappointing. I tried it hoping it would help me curb my hunger, but not only did it not keep me full, on the contrary, after half an hour I was hungrier.
