The disc features a continuous diamond segment with the addition of graphite that creates micropores with lubricating properties. The addition of graphite grains helps to reduce thermal load while also allowing for the self-sharpening of the disc, which translates to a longer lifespan. The quality of the cutting materials is excellent due to the super-thin edge of the disc - just 1.3 mm (for a disc with a diameter of 200 mm). The height of the segment is 10 mm in all available sizes from 115 mm to 350 mm. Thanks to its balanced body, the disc maintains a perfectly straight cutting line, while laser cuts along the segment line eliminate vibrations and provide additional cooling during operation. The Hard Ceramics Advanced is rated as a disc with the highest working speed and the best quality of cutting materials due to its properties; however, these results are accompanied by a reduced lifespan of the disc.
