The CoolPAD grinding discs are specially designed for dry grinding of ceramics and porcelain on angle grinders. The composition of the diamond layer ensures consistently high processing speed, providing the best surface quality. You can touch the glass tiles without worrying about damaging the edges. The layer profile in the form of "evolution" effectively removes sludge from the grinding area. Due to these properties, one disc replaces three different grit abrasives. For example, #1 replaces grits 30, 60, 120; #2 replaces 120, 200, 400; and #3 replaces 400, 800, 1000. This is very convenient! Before the first use, the working surface of the disc should be sharpened with coarse material. The grinding discs are produced with an outer diameter of 100 mm and are available in three quality processing numbers: #1, #2, #3.
