HVLP spray gun with interchangeable nozzles, ideal for professionals and hobbyists. Thanks to advanced HVLP technology (High Volume Low Pressure), it ensures uniform surface coverage with minimal paint consumption.
- Manufacturer: Geko
- Nozzle Type: HVLP
- Nozzle Sizes: 1.3 mm / 1.4 mm / 1.7 mm / 2.0 mm - choose the appropriate size based on the type and viscosity of the paint.
- Paint Cup Capacity: 600 ml – optimal capacity for extensive use without frequent refills.
- Performance: 170-300 l/min – high productivity for quick and efficient painting.
- Working Pressure: 3-4 bar – ideal for precise paint spraying.
- Air Connection: 1/4" – standard connection compatible with most compressors.
The gun features 4 interchangeable nozzles, allowing adjustment for different types of paints and working conditions. Cleaning tools are also included in the package, facilitating the maintenance of the device.
It includes 3 settings:
- Air Adjustment: Allows control of the amount of air fed into the gun, enabling pressure and spray speed adjustments.
- Paint Adjustment: Allows precise dosing of the paint, critical for a perfect finish without lines or drips.
- Spray Pattern Adjustment: Allows modification of the width and shape of the spray, facilitating painting large surfaces and details with precision.
When using the gun, maintain a distance of 10-15 cm between the nozzle and the surface being painted. After completing the job, disconnect the gun from the compressed air system and empty the cup of any remaining paint. The cup should be thoroughly cleaned to remove all residues.
It is also important to carefully clean the entire feed system, as insufficient cleaning can negatively affect the quality of the spray. The air nozzle should be cleaned with a brush dipped in solvent, but the entire gun should never be submerged in solvent. Blocked holes should not be cleaned with hard objects to avoid damage that may affect spray performance. After cleaning the gun, it is recommended to apply a small amount of lubricant to the moving parts of the valve. The nozzle should be tightened in a way that prevents leaks while allowing smooth needle movement.
