I bought two of these lamps. The lamps do not support ZigBee despite what the description says. Moreover, ZigBee is not mentioned anywhere on the box or in the user manual. During the pairing process, they did not appear in deConz with the ConBee adapter.

With the Tuya Smart app, the phone connects to the lamps via Bluetooth LE, and you enter the Wi-Fi password into the lamps so they can connect to the local network. After that, they are accessible via the app over Wi-Fi, without needing Bluetooth anymore.

The feature to automatically adjust the color depending on the time of day is useful. Also, the brightness is sufficient even for a large room.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to connect without a hub from two phones simultaneously, meaning you have to unpair from one phone to connect the other. Since the connection is ultimately made via Wi-Fi and not Bluetooth, I believe this limitation should not exist. I am not very satisfied with the connectivity, but for their low price, they work well.

I wonder, though, if the app or the lamps send my Wi-Fi password to some server in China (they could, and only with a lot of study in WireShark could someone see this).

Next time, I would buy lamps that definitely support ZigBee.
