    no comparison with the old norway from the inside the old ones had aluminum lining for the cold, this is like a cardigan, and it is not fleece inside... you can see the stitching of the hood from the inside it's a mess it doesn't hold your wrists and when someone rides the scooter the sleeves puff up not at the waist for me it's a useless product
