The Ceylon cinnamon is considered the highest quality cinnamon and is distinguished by its light brown color, fine pleasant aroma, and intense sweet flavor. It differs from Indonesian cinnamon as it is lighter in color, has thinner layers rolled inside its bark, and contains a much lower percentage of coumarin.

• Precautions: Should not be used during pregnancy and by breastfeeding women.
• Avoided by individuals with allergies or those taking anticoagulants.
• Persons with diabetes (type 1 or 2) who are undergoing insulin regulation treatment should consult their doctor.
