This is the heart of the model. The BL-2s system offers:

The Maxx is designed for heavy-duty use (bashing). It features:

The model is RTR (Ready-To-Run), but to operate it you will need:
Battery: A Traxxas LiPo 2S (7.4V) battery.
Charger: A compatible LiPo charger (the Traxxas EZ-Peak is recommended for convenience).
AA Batteries: 4 pieces for the controller.
While the classic Maxx 4S is a "rocket," the BL-2s version is ideal for:
New drivers: Less "scary" power, more control.
Durability: Due to the lower voltage (2S), the mechanical parts are subjected to much less stress, reducing the chances of damage.
Economy: 2S batteries are significantly cheaper than 4S ones.
