AQUAMATT is a matte water-soluble final paint based on modified polyurethane resins. It is odorless and suitable for both interior and exterior use. It is an ideal solution for painting metal (railings, metal constructions) and wooden (doors, frames, cabinets, windows) surfaces.

For best results, preparation is key. Remove all old paints, loose materials, and oils, sand and clean the dust with a cloth.

For new wooden surfaces, sand and clean, fill and prime with AQUAPRIMER, 1-2 coats. Then apply 2-3 coats of AQUAMATT.

For new metal surfaces, sand and clean, fill and apply 1-2 coats of AQUARUST or ANTIRUST or MARINE MINIO for better anti-corrosion protection. Apply 2-3 coats of AQUAMATT.

For repainted surfaces with solvent-based paints, sand lightly, clean, and prime with 1 coat of AQUAPRIMER (wood) or AQUARUST (metal). Apply 2 coats of AQUAMATT.

Application is done with a roller, brush, or airless spray, and thinning is done with 5-10% water. The minimum application temperature is 5°C.

Ambient temperature and coating thickness affect drying. Surface drying: 1-2 hours. Recoating time: 4-6 hours. Coverage: 9-13m²/L, depending on the thickness of each layer and the absorbency of the surface.
