The Olive Secret 02 Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in a mountainous village of Crete, Sitia, from certified olive groves and olive mills. It is of organic origin with an exceptionally low acidity (0.3%) and high content of natural antioxidants.

This olive oil is harmless and contains no pesticides or artificial fertilizers, placing it in the Extra Virgin category. It is rich in Vitamin E, chlorophyll, and phenolic acids, offering a fruity aroma of freshly picked green olives with a hint of bitterness.

Its production is done through cold pressing, with care taken to collect the olives when they are in the early stages of ripening. The processes followed ensure a quantitatively limited but qualitatively enhanced production of the Early Harvest extra virgin oil.
