Extra Virgin Olive Oil from privately owned olive groves located in northeastern Crete, at an altitude of about 450 - 550 meters. The characteristics of the soil and the unique microclimate of the area are ideal for producing high-quality olive oil.
Traditional harvesting methods combined with modern production and storage methods ensure its superior quality. The olives are harvested in November by hand or with special machines, transported to the olive mill, where the olive oil is extracted the same day using cold extraction (T 0 NTO).
The designation as PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) by the EU guarantees the quality and integrity of the product.
