Green, mildly pungent, an excellent extra virgin olive oil, fruity, peppery, with a bright golden-green color and a balanced flavor.

It comes from the privately owned olive groves in northeastern Crete, in the semi-mountainous villages of Exo Mouliana, Paraspori, and Tourtourli, at an altitude of about 450 - 550m. The characteristics of the soil and the unique microclimate of the area are ideal for the cultivation and production of quality olive oil.

The traditional harvesting methods combined with modern production and storage techniques ensure the preservation of the unique characteristics and the superior quality of the product. The olives are harvested in November by hand or with special machinery to avoid bruising the fruit, and are transported directly to the olive mill, where the olive oil is extracted the same day using cold pressing (T 0 NTO).

The designation as PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) by the EU guarantees the superior quality and integrity of the product.
