Full-Auto Calibration

The A1 handles various calibrations on its own. It meticulously calibrates the Z offset, bed leveling, vibration resonance, and nozzle pressure for EACH print job, automatically.

Auto Z-Offset

The A1 probes the bed with the nozzle to measure the absolute z offset. You don't need to stick a paper as a reference.

Auto Vibration Calibration

The A1 features sensors on the tool head and the heated bed. One of the first bed-slinger printers to perform automatic resonance calibration on both X & Y axes.

I’ve been involved in 3D printing for 5 years. Like many, I started with an Ender 3. I decided it was time for an upgrade. My God, this printer is incredible. It’s so easy to use. The software is extremely simple, so a child can start printing within a few minutes. The print quality is incredible. I can’t believe how good the prints come out. I’ve printed in PETG, which always resulted in stringing and other quality issues on my Ender 3, but the prints are absolutely flawless on the A1. I also printed in Carbon PLA, which never printed well on my Ender without a lot of experimentation, but it is perfect on the A1. I can’t even see the layer lines. And all this with all the settings at default. I didn’t change anything. It’s incredible. I wasn’t expecting such good print quality. And it’s also very fast. I’m very glad I finally decided to upgrade, and I think I made a very good choice with the Bambu A1. The next step will be to get the AMS, but for now I’m extremely satisfied.
