If you have thick black hair and want a slick back, it will disappoint a bit. It's soft and doesn't hold well, especially the tough sides.
It has a very strong scent, like caramel but way too much, it gets you high. However, in the hair, it somehow smells milder.
The shine it claims you won't see.
I think it will hold better on softer hair.

Having tried 2-3 pomades, I settled on this one for 3 reasons:
1. It is as shiny as it needs to be. Not overly shiny like the corresponding Uppercut, nor matte.
2. It has a nice scent that leans towards caramel, but it's also just right, without making you smell like a walking lollipop.
3. It gives a nice, strong, and natural hold to the hair, without leaving marks or anything else.

My barber recommended it to me and it has the best hold and natural look for my hair. You need to spread it well in your hands before applying it to your hair so it holds better and looks more natural. This is the second one I buy and it has lasted me 5 months; depending on your usage, it can last even longer. I recommend it without hesitation!

It smells wonderful and is a good pomade, the only negative is that because it smells like caramel, my niece tries to lick my forehead when she sees me!

After a while, I decided to grow my hair out again. Generally, I had grown tired of the common hair gels that contained so many additives that the hair would stick together for days... However, with this particular pomade, I found exactly what I was looking for. With a relatively small amount (a pea-sized amount), I apply it to my hair and it gives it a natural and shiny lightness without the hair sticking together, and a hold that lasts an entire day (if not longer) with just a little addition of water if needed. Everyone's experience is different, and I don't claim it will work for others. However, because I also have scalp psoriasis, I was hesitant about whether it would worsen it. Nevertheless, it has not affected the texture of my hair at all and, on the contrary, leaves a nice and not overly strong scent!

Thick product, easy to apply, not as strong hold as other reviews mention, matte finish, the smell didn't excite me. I was exclusively using Tailor's Wax. I wanted to try something different but I can say it's almost the same, with the difference that Tailor's product works better. Personally, I wanted something with a stronger hold, so next time I will try Uppercut.

Having tried almost all the pomades from Lavish, for me, who has short hair and very coarse hair, I have to say that this is the best pomade from the company, except for the one downside that it is quite thick as a material and is relatively difficult to work with until you find the right way. It has the strongest hold compared to the others, and the result is satisfactory, meaning it is not overly shiny; it's just right, and the hair doesn't get messed up at all throughout the day, even with helmet use. And its scent is very nice!

It is aimed at someone with a lot of hair. Strong hold, has a slightly wet look appearance. Personally, it didn't suit me, but the scent is very good. Its texture is thick.

If you like the smell of caramel in your hair, it's okay, but the smell is too strong. I wouldn't buy it at all if I knew beforehand that it smells like caramel. I hope I helped some people who prefer to smell their expensive perfume and not a hair product.

It is the second time I buy this specific pomade...the first time I bought it from a barber shop and I was very satisfied, good hold throughout the day, nice scent, natural glossy result. The second time I bought it, I chose a store/warehouse near my neighborhood. It had the same scent but in texture it felt somewhat dried...the hold is not the same and within a few hours (2-3) the hair starts losing its shape and the shine gradually fades away. I suspect that the storage conditions in this particular store are to blame and with excessive heat or cold, it lost its properties.

As a conclusion, choose stores that store the product in suitable conditions and not in warehouses or containers that boil in summers and freeze in winters. I hope I helped!

The hold is quite strong without making the hair sticky. If the product is applied and dried with a blow dryer, then we are talking about even better hold and a more natural result. I wouldn't change it

When it first came out, it reminded me of the mega hold by Murray's. The product has now been modified, resulting in poor hold. In terms of scent and texture, it resembles Uppercut Deluxe, but not as high quality.
