It has been installed as the main filter in a double countertop unit. It has been used daily for the last 6 months, however the taste is not at all pleasant. We will replace it immediately. We kept it for too long, really! I do not recommend it!!

I don't understand how it is possible for a product to be legally sold on the market without a "made in..." label and without a printed/manual of specifications/instructions (even the countertop device from Eiger does not include any relevant installation leaflet).
As for the filtering capability: I bought three filters from the same company a) the ceramic 0.3μm, b) the Activated Carbon from Coconut Shell 0.5μm, and c) the Ultrafiltration - U.F Membrane 0.01 micron.
What surprised me was that when I replaced them, I couldn't find any trace of salts, particles, etc. on them. We're talking about the already "hard" water in Lake Evia, especially after the 2021 fires. While in the metal filter inside the faucet spout I find some strange "sand grains" of red and black color, the filters are spotless!
As for the ceramic one, I broke it to see if it had retained anything inside the material. Absolutely nothing, pure white!
I showed it to the company manager (at their headquarters in Ag. Ioannis Rentis) and told him where and how I use it.
The answer:
"Well, you should have told me. For your case, you need the double countertop filter" (...)

Για την δε ικανότητα φιλτραρίσματος : αγόρασα τρία φίλτρα από την ίδια εταιρεία α) το κεραμικό 0,3μm, β) το Ενεργού Άνθρακα από Κέλυφος Καρύδας 0,5μm και γ) το Υπερδιήθησης - Μεμβράνη U.F 0,01 micron.
Μου έκανε αντύπωση ότι όταν τα αντικαθιστούσα δεν εύρισκα πάνω σε αυτά κανένα ίχνος αλάτων, σωματιδίων κτλ. Μιλάμε για το ούτως ή άλλως "σκληρό" νερό στη Λίμνη Ευβοίας , και μάλιστα μετά τις πυρκαγιές του 2021. Ενώ στο μεταλλικό φίλτρο μέσα στο ρουξούνι της βρύσης βρίσκω κατι περιέργους "κόκκους άμμου" κόκκινου και μαύρου χρώματος, τα φίλτρα είναι πεντακάθαρα !
Το δε κεραμικό το έσπασα για να δω μήπως κράτησε κάτι , εντός του υλικού. Απολύτως τίποτα , πάλευκο !
Το έδειξα στον υπεύθυνο της εταιρείας (στην έδρα τους στον Αγ. Ιωάννη Ρέντη) και του είπα που και πως το χρησιμοποιώ.

The filter was installed 3 weeks ago and the water still tastes like plastic, I let it run for 15 minutes during installation and nothing! It also has a low flow, but that is expected due to the 0.1 micron.

Huge difference in the quality of the water, from texture to taste, it seems to do what it promises. The cost is significant, but on the other hand, the water is definitely more pleasant and drinkable (+ the fact that I can't do a microbial analysis to verify if it filters what it claims). I hope it lasts for a long time, otherwise I will return to the next cheaper option from the same company. Important, after installation the water should run for about 20' before being consumed.

I bought the product from Water Fresh on offer due to the good reviews about taste and water quality. The tap has been running for 1 hour already and the taste of the water is terrible, like drinking from a hospital. I don't understand how the positive reviews came about unless the product on offer was defective. I bought 3 together and they are going back tomorrow.

Ενώ στο μεταλλικό φίλτρο μέσα στο ρουξούνι της βρύσης βρίσκω κατι περιέργους "κόκκους άμμου" κόκκινου και μαύρου χρώματος, τα φίλτρα είναι πεντακάθαρα !
Το δε κεραμικό το έσπασα για να δω μήπως κράτησε κάτι , εντός του υλικού. Απολύτως τίποτα , πάλευκο !
Το έδειξα στον υπεύθυνο της εταιρείας (στην έδρα τους στον Αγ. Ιωάννη Ρέντη) και του είπα που και πως το χρησιμοποιώ.
Η απάντηση:
"Ε, έπρεπε να μου το είχες πει. Για την περίπτωση σου χρειάζεται το διπλό φίλτρο πάγκου " (...)
The filter was installed 3 weeks ago and the water still tastes like plastic, I let it run for 15 minutes during installation and nothing! It also has a low flow, but that is expected due to the 0.1 micron.
Έγινε τοποθέτηση του φίλτρου πριν 3 εβδομάδες και το νερό ακόμη έχει γεύση πλαστικού, το άφησα να τρέξει 15 λεπτά κατά την εγκατάσταση και τίποτα! επίσης έχει χαμηλή ροή, αλλά αυτό είναι λογικό λόγω των 0,1 micron.
Very good and the taste of the water is very different. I would not recommend it for areas with low water pressure, because its flow is intermittent
Πολύ καλό και έχει μεγάλη διαφορά η γεύση του νερού. Δεν θα τι συνιστούσα για περιοχές με χαμηλή πίεση νερού, γιατί η ροή του είναι διακοπτόμενη
Really wasted money, the water smells like chemicals no matter how much I let it run. Stay away! I can't understand the positive reviews! I really wonder what people are drinking and think it's ok!
πεταμένα λεφτά πραγματικά, το νερό μυρίζει φαρμακιλα όσο και αν το αφήνω να τρέξει. Μακρυά! Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω τις θετικές κριτικές! Απορώ πραγματικά με το τι πίνει ο κόσμος και είναι οκ!
