  • Type

    Flip-Up

The flip-up helmet is also known as "modular" or openable because the front part of the helmet can be lifted. It is relatively heavier, bulkier, and a safer helmet compared to the Jet helmet.

Its use is ideal for couriers who make frequent stops within the city and do not need to remove the entire helmet.

  • Material

    Thermoplastic

This is a plastic material mainly used in more affordable and entry-level helmets.

Thermoplastic shells, such as Polycarbonate or ABS, offer basic protection through deformation upon impact, with greater weight and lower production cost compared to composite materials.

  • Certification

Certification refers to the official inspection that confirms the helmet meets specific safety standards as defined by international organizations (e.g., ECE, DOT). It is an indication that the helmet has been tested and approved for its ability to protect in real collision conditions.

    ECE 22.06

New European-type safety specification certification "ECE 22.06", which ensures that the helmet is tested at 18 impact check points instead of 6 as was previously the case. It is now considered the most modern and comprehensive standard for helmet safety in Europe.

  • Pinlock (Anti-fog Film)

    Included in the packaging

The Pinlock system is included in the helmet packaging and can be installed on the inner side of the visor. The Pinlock is designed to prevent the fogging of the visor, ensuring clear visibility in cold or wet conditions.

Description & Specifications

The Streetmodular is AGV’s flip-up helmet, designed to meet the needs of riders who ride every day and in all conditions, and want the convenience of a modular helmet with features and protection at a higher level.

AGV’s Extreme Safety design protocol means the Streetmodular meets all the requirements of the strict ECE 22.06 standard and has P/J certification, allowing safe, legal use even with the chin guard open. The integrated sun visor ensures protection and visual comfort on the brightest days and can be operated easily while wearing gloves.

The included Pinlock® Max Vision minimizes visor fogging, even in the most challenging weather conditions. With the Ultravision outer visor, offering a 190° horizontal field of view, you can see the road, turns and obstacles sooner for maximum situational awareness.

ECE22.06 Certification

The Tourmodular is ECE22.06 certified, in fact, it provides much more protection than that, as it is an AGV Extreme Safety helmet. What does this mean for you? Protection on any ride, in any condition, at any time.

Ultravision

The Tourmodular is built according to AGV Ultravision parameters. Its shape allows for a 190° horizontal field of view and an 85° vertical field of view, so it does not limit what the eyes naturally see. For you, as a motorcycle rider, this means you can see more, sooner, and better what is happening at the edges of your field of vision and further down the road. This way, you can stay focused solely on your ride, under any conditions. Safety always

New level of safety

The Tourmodular is the result of the AGV Extreme Safety protocol, which includes over 75 years of experience in rider head protection. Designed to represent the freedom of riding on long and endless routes under all conditions.

Weight (+/-50 gr): 1690

Most helmets weigh around 1500gr and some can reach up to 1800gr. Additionally, the material is also an important factor for the weight of the helmet, with carbon helmets being considered lighter.

A helmet weighing over 1450gr is not considered light and is not recommended for long rides.
