The Cypriot George S. Frankoudis lived a "public life" for about 55 years in Cyprus and Greece, with a ten-year break in Africa. He was a publicist, lawyer, author of travel and history books, political essays and a translator, editor of the draft Cypriot constitution, journalist and newspaper publisher, organizer of the First Exhibition for Cyprus in Athens and of the Panhellenic Games.
As a rhetorician and politician, he was a member of the Fourth Constituent Assembly of Greece and a member of the editorial committee of the Greek Constitution of 1925, and finally the founder of the Higher School of Political Science, the swan song, through which he realized his dream to contribute to the elevation of the political life level in Greece.
George S. Frankoudis had a strong survival instinct and incredible adaptability, he was resourceful and tireless, a born writer, traveler, and a man of action, unwavering in his opinions without considering the consequences, with open horizons all over the world but always with his eyes focused on Greece and Cyprus.
