The set includes 4 double-sided cutting boards dedicated to cutting various foods. The cutting boards have indicators for use with fish, meat, or vegetables. The eco-friendly plastic does not absorb odors and has increased resistance to wear.

The knives are made of Ferrinox 18/10 stainless steel with a high carbon content. The steel used is extremely hard, resistant to deformation, and easy to sharpen.
