Funcakes milk chocolate velvet spray creates a velvety coating on cakes, ice cream and mousses. Spray onto a frozen surface to form an even layer.

Before use, leave at 20–25 °C for 2 hours, shake well and warm in water at 25–35 °C. Spray from a distance of 20–25 cm and leave the surface for at least 4 hours before consumption. After use, turn the can upside down and spray for a few seconds to clean the nozzle. If the spray is uneven, clean the nozzle with warm water.

  • Contents: 100 ml
  • Colour: Brown
  • Maximum use level: 14 g/kg
  • Ingredients: Cocoa butter, colours E170, E102, E122 and E133, propellant gases E943a, E943b and E944
  • May contain traces of: Soy, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220–E228) at concentrations above 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2
