Instructions:
- Color in small amounts by spreading the paste with a clean cocktail stick or something similar.
- Knead well until the almond paste/fondant is fully colored.
- Add more paste color for a richer color.
Ingredients: humectant: E422, thickener: E551, color: E102, E133.
Maximum usage dose: 7 g/kg.
